Leadership Survey Questionnaire

During the past few years, significant changes took place in democratic practices throughout the world, especially in Central Europe and Commonwealth of Independent States. An experienced international research team has been organized to try to study these changes and compare them with democracies in Western Europe and the United States. We believe that the local level is the foundation of any successful democracy. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us understand these developments which we believe will have a profound impact on the future of humanity.
