Topical Series on Iraq
In an effort to provide informed and important commentary on the war with Iraq, the Browne Center has organized a special topical lecture series for the Spring of 2003. The following analysts and policymakers will be visiting Penn to speak to audiences of undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, staff, and members of the wider community:
